At Modern Mortgage we are always seeking ways to serve our clients better than the status quo.  To help you obtain mortgage financing we’re going to have to collect information from you that is private but it’s important to us that you know what we do with your information, how we protect your information and the choices that you have.  Your privacy is our priority and transparency is our policy!

Because of the financial nature of our business, our website is not designed to appeal to anyone under the age of 18.  Therefore, we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.  With this said, we highly encourage that you remain curious, joyful and optimistic for life.

Modern Mortgage considers your privacy a huge priority.  We take this responsibility very seriously since we know there are nefarious characters out there seeking to take over the world.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural industry-recognized safeguards that comply with federal law to protect your personally identifiable information.  We provide all employees with privacy training.  We limit employee access to your information so that only those who need the information to perform their job duties are authorized to access your information.
